The position is located in the Office of English Language Programs, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Academic Programs, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Office of English Language Programs (ECA/A/L). The Office provides expertise to the Bureau, Department, and U.S. embassies overseas on Teaching English as a Foreign Language and manages English language programs for the Bureau.
