Public Affairs Intern

Bantam Communications is seeking a curious, motivated Public Affairs Intern to help advance our mission of accelerating advanced energy deployment across the United States. In this role, you will work alongside our Research, Campaigns, Advocacy, and Communications teams in a flexible, supporting capacity, gaining hands-on exposure to how public affairs campaigns come together. You'll help gather and summarize research, draft and edit communications materials, support client and partner coordination, and keep day-to-day work moving, learning throughout with direction and feedback from the teams you support. This role is ideal for anyone eager to gain hands-on public affairs experience, whatever path brought them here, who is adaptable, quick to learn, and genuinely interested in the work of accelerating advanced energy. Responsibilities Supports assigned tasks and workstreams under the direction of the teams they work with, helping move day-to-day work forward and learning how Bantam's campaigns and engagements come together. Works across Bantam's departments in a flexible, supporting capacity, assisting different teams as needs arise and gaining exposure to the firm's campaign, advocacy, research, and communications work.
