Partner Experience Director

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society. As Partner Experience Director, you will lead the strategy, standards, and team responsible for creating exceptional, highly personalized experiences for Stand Together's philanthropic and business partners. This is relationship orchestration, not event logistics. You will serve as the capability builder, that connects personal-layer between Stand Together and the leaders who partner with us, building trust not only with those partners but also with the professional teams around them, including Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, and security leads. You will lead the transformation of Partner Relations into Partner Experience, elevating how we design agendas, seating and room composition, briefings, principal preparation, partner follow-up, recruitment, and retention. Working across Partnerships, Events, Guest Experience, and executive stakeholders, you will establish clear standards, scalable systems, and consistent practices that strengthen relationships before, during, and long after key engagements.
