The Southern Poverty Law Center is seeking a Coordinator, Recruitment committed to supporting social justice!

Reporting the Manager, Recruitment. The Coordinator is organized and dependable with experience supporting campus recruiting events and engagement initiatives. Have strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage logistics, assist stakeholders, and contribute to delivering engaging and efficient recruiting experiences.

Recruiting events involve many moving parts—booth assignments, registration systems, schedules, vendor coordination, accessibility needs, and last-minute changes. A good coordinator keeps all of this structured without letting details slip, especially as the event date approaches and pressure increases.

Effective Communicator. Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally to student candidates, Career Services staff and various stake holders.

Collaborative. Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently across the Center , Career Services and with stake holders.
