The MEAL Analyst partners with program teams across the organization to support design, facilitation, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes. The role supports teams in making sense of complex social change work, developing practical learning and measurement approaches, and using evidence, reflection, and community input to inform strategy, decision-making, and relational accountability practices.
