Starting Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 (+ annual bonus) Expectation to work from the San Francisco office at least 4 days a week Hours: Primarily Central Time (CT) hours, with flexibility to support outside of these hours as needed *Salary commensurate with years of experience The Impact You Will Make In this role, you’ll be an expertly organized and strategic professional as Operations Manager to three executives at BPI in varying capacities. This position plays a crucial role in enabling BPI leadership to work efficiently and focus on strategic priorities. Responsibilities for the role go beyond task completion—you’ll serve as a key operational partner who helps proactively manage daily, weekly, and long-term calendars and logistics for executives.
