The big picture: Axios is a modern media company dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format. We are hiring a Local Branded Content Writer to join our brand studio team!

Why it matters: The Local Branded Content Writer will develop branded content for Axios’ local advertising partners. As a member of the Branded Content team, you will work with the Branded Content Editor and local revenue partners to build and maintain thought leadership, community-based, and brand marketing campaigns in our trademark Smart Brevity style.

Go deeper: In this highly collaborative role, we are looking for someone with strong writing and editing skills to create native branded content for local audiences that appears on the Axios website, in our newsletters, and at our events. Our ideal candidate is fast, thorough, able to hit daily deadlines, and works well across teams and markets.

Worthy of your time: With the guidance of an editor, candidates must be able to craft original sponsored content and, where necessary, conduct research on local issues, industries, and communities across a range of brands and markets.
